Angela Hill | CEO/Fractional CMO

Angela Hill is a CEO and senior marketing executive with 30+ years of experience helping to drive revenue and expand worldwide market share for Fortune 500 public companies and SMB private companies in the FinTech, Software, and Medical Device industries. She also brings governance experience through extensive nonprofit board service.

She has served on numerous boards throughout her career, including Big Brothers Big Sisters San Diego, the San Diego Social Venture Partners, the American Institute for Graphic Artists, the American Marketing Association, and the Hi-Tech Marketing Alliance.

She has served as CEO for over 18 years and is responsible for strategic outcome planning, branding and marketing strategy, budgeting and planning, process optimization, and leveraging business intelligence from key metrics.

Jaime Laureano | VP of Marketing Strategy

With 15 years of experience as a Digital data strategist , having managed campaign strategy and execution for ministries of tourism of countries and fortune 100 brands, Jaime Laureano has helped launch and scale all over the world. With an expertise in Strategic Mass Communication, his experience spans National and Regional tourism and Economic Development, Luxury Brands, Specialty foods, Government Information Dissemination, and Cannabis marketing best practices .

Her collaborative and inclusive leadership style inspires multidisciplinary teams to excel, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.

With a wealth of experience, Angie drives the creative direction and execution of high-profile projects across diverse industries. She possesses a unique talent for merging artistic vision with business goals, translating complex concepts into visually captivating campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement. As the Vice President of Creative, Angie continues to drive innovation, inspire creativity, and elevate brands to new heights.

Rachel Whillier | Operations Manager

Rachel Whillier is the Operations Manager at Incitrio. With over 10 years of experience in administration and operations, and an additional decade in customer service and client-centric roles, she has developed a strong track record of optimizing processes and increasing efficiency in high-pressure environments, as well as providing clear and effective communication.

As the operations manager, Rachel is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, working alongside the project managers to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget. By having an active role in each project as well as the back office duties, this allows her to streamline the various tasks across the board, resulting in increased productivity and improved client satisfaction

Sullivan Slentz, Creative Department at Incitrio

Sullivan “Sully” Slentz is a commercial and creative director based in Upstate New York. For over a decade, Sullivan has been writing, directing, and editing commercials for both web and broadcast, and heading up award-winning campaigns. His work spans a wide range of industries, from culinary to corporate, big tech to tourism. With clients like Paychex, Delta Vacations, and Wegmans, Sully has a knack for creating campaigns that resonate with audiences nationwide. Sully’s creative approach is fueled by a sense of curiosity and wonder. As an avid traveler, he’s always seeking out new perspectives and experiences to bring to his work. His expertise in crafting compelling stories has earned him numerous awards and accolades, including a Silver Telly for his work with Kodak. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, Sully knows how to capture the attention of your target audience and keep them engaged from start to finish.

Brian Dunham | Art Director

Coming from the discipline of print design and illustration, Brian started working with Aptimus, an online marketing company doing e-commerce. Being the lead designer, he helped create wireframes and UI designs based on consumer data for promotions throughout the year. He went to Shared Marketing, where he worked on BP, VW, Audi, Hunter Douglas, etc. Creating marketing materials and local advertising. Later he worked at Publicis, Wildtangent, Arch Worldwide, Leo Burnett, Tribune, Motorola Mobility, CAT wear, and many more.

Throughout Brian’s career, he has proven an unwavering dedication to creating traffic-increasing and user-friendly websites with impressive graphics and innovative concepts, working closely and collaboratively with clients to ensure all goals are met; and expectations are exceeded while developing stylish and powerful brand and marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and logos.

Tiffany Fuentes | Digital Marketing Manager

Tiffany Fuentes rules the digital realm with skills in website development and management, UX/UI recommendations, technology integrations, data management, email marketing, and is a certified HubSpot connoisseur.

With a BA in Art from Florida State University and an MS in Marketing from Florida International University, Tiffany makes decisions based on data to create effective marketing campaigns without sacrificing creativity. Paired with her East Coast tenacity, she can help take your marketing and its technology to the next level

Michelle Borek SEO and PPC Strategy at Incitrio

Michelle Borek | SEO and PPC Specialist

For more than 10 years, Michelle Borek has been playing with keywords, dreaming about penguins and making frogs scream, as a digital marketing expert in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click Marketing. Michelle's background includes DJ & alumni mentor at the Marconi Award winning hard rock and metal college radio station 89.5 FM WSOU, and National Field Marketing Director at Jive, RCA and Sony Records, where she created strategic marketing and sales plans for artists A-list artists.

Google Analytics & Google Ads certified, Michelle focuses on omni-channel marketing strategy, including technical SEO, Paid Search (PPC) end-to-end management in Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Bing Ads, content creation, KPI reporting, and data analysis to successfully deliver on lead, quote and sales goals while growing brand strength & market share. Search Engine Optimization is nerdy, repetitive, frustrating and amazing and she loves every minute of it.

Henry Duclos | Web Developer & Programming

Henry has over 12 years of experience in many coding languages including PHP, MYSQL, JS, HTML, and CSS. Working primarily with WordPress; he has extensive knowledge of custom themes and plugins. Over the years he has made websites for companies of all sizes; in fields as varied as medical device manufacture, construction insurance, dentistry, and local organic farming. Henry has his BA in Multimedia from SDSU. When he is not working on a website, he enjoys making art and music.

Hannah Richardson | Administrative Assistant

Hannah Winegar is the Administrative Assistant for Incitrio. She is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. With over 10 years of experience in various administrative roles, she has honed her ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

She is proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and various types of CRM software. Additionally, she handles all team scheduling, and she possesses strong interpersonal skills and is able to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
