Incitrio’s biggest challenge was to redesign and program a new Indata website as a part of their revitalization strategy. The primary goal was to relaunch the brand at the 2016 Indata User Conference. Incitrio Branding & Marketing Agency wanted to ensure the website reflected the enhanced and customized functionality that catered to Indata’s tech-savvy audience. Incitrio Branding & Marketing Agency took great care to invite the Indata team to participate in the collaborative design process. This ensured that the overall design and animated infographics were an accurate reflection of the brand with a fresh interpretation that would best resonate with their target audiences.
Incitrio Branding & Marketing Agency also designed and developed an Online Forum for Indata’s clients. The forum provided a platform for Indata software users to login and access document updates, review FAQs, ask questions themselves, access functionality alerts, and discuss topics with fellow Indata users. This complex communication platform was strategically designed to promote user interaction with easy-to-access user forums, well-organized document archives, and an intuitive menu navigation design.
With a new, modern, and navigation-friendly interface, the upgraded UX Design of the WordPress website elevated the brand experience to match the quality synonymous with Indata products and services. Strategic content organization and UX analysis aided in managing the user experience and emphasizing the key differentiators found in Indata’s products and services lines. Today, the Indata website appropriately represents the company with a thoughtful and creative design that appeals to multiple audiences.
By leveraging a unified color palette, consistent typography, intelligent hierarchy of information, and clear messaging to generate a consistent look and feel down to the finest detail, Incitrio Branding & Marketing Agency was able to successfully extend the Indata brand. The final work products hold true to a refined push and pull marketing strategy. Incitrio’s two-pronged approach allowed Indata to get in front of their clients with a stronger value proposition and attract better qualified prospects. In addition to a strong forward-facing rebrand, Incitrio Branding & Marketing Agency also upgraded Indata’s onsite SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and increase overall domain authority, making them more attractive to Google and helping to show relevancy for Indata’s web traffic.
Amplifying the Brand Family
As part of an integrated online/offline strategy, Incitrio Branding & Marketing Agency curated a live survey for attendees to take part in during their annual User Conference. The live surveys incorporated email campaigns paired with survey landing pages and a social media push with infographics created on the fly that matched the design of the new Indata website to excite attendees and engage potential prospects. It was a completely new strategy to boost awareness regarding the survey data and emphasize a better user experience, making the survey results clearer and easier to read.
A monthly Email Newsletter, also created by Incitrio, keeps clients up to date on current Indata news, product highlights, and any new software information. Headlines and other in-text links within the newsletter connected to Indata’s website, which increased inbound traffic and boosted user engagement.
To complete the look and feel of the newly upgraded Indata brand family, Incitrio Branding & Marketing Agency redesigned the stationery package and collateral system. By leveraging the brand’s new look and feel, Incitrio Branding & Marketing Agency was able to extend the sleek design across their identity system and marketing collateral. Uniting their brand using consistent fonts, colors, and imagery, the new system included redesigned business cards, letterhead, envelope, folders, and brochures. A clean and contemporary design was maintained throughout the multiple pieces to help extend and build upon the newly upgraded brand family of marketing assets.
